SSC Leadership offers five distinct coaching programmes, from individual executive coaching and systemic depth work to top team alignment and executive life integration.
Each programme is designed for the realities that come with senior leadership: the decisions that cannot be delegated, the tensions that persist despite effort, and the questions that cannot easily be raised inside the organisations you lead.
DIFFERENT KIND OF EXECUTIVE COACHING

Executive coaching here is an opportunity to examine how leaders think, decide, relate, react, avoid, over-function, and protect, and how those patterns shape leadership under pressure.
The work addresses how leaders carry pressure, how they relate under it, and what they consistently avoid, because those habits shape decisions, relationships, and the quality of execution inside the organisations they lead.
The focus is not simply on improving behaviour. It is on expanding the leader’s range — the capacity to meet more complex situations with greater clarity, steadiness, and maturity.

For leaders who already have some clarity about what needs to change — but need support in making that change visible in practice. This programme combines coaching depth with mentoring directness. The focus is not insight alone. It is what a leader does with it, in the room, under pressure, in the moments that count.

Systemic Coaching
When the same problem keeps returning.
A one-to-one coaching programme for senior leaders whose recurring challenge has a deeper source than effort, insight, or circumstantial change can reach. Most leadership patterns that persist do so because something beneath the visible behaviour is sustaining them. This programme uses systemic mapping to make that source visible and to create the conditions for a more fundamental shift. Conducted online or in person.

A single 90-minute session is available at SGD 250 — for leaders who want to begin work on a specific recurring challenge before committing to a full programme.

Executive Coaching

Top Team Coaching
Individual excellence is necessary. It is not sufficient.

Life Integration Coaching for Executives
When the different parts of a life stop working together.
Leadership does not exist separately from the rest of a person's life. For some executives, it is precisely the weight and imbalance outside work that limits how they lead inside it. This programme addresses that intersection — not as therapy, but as a practical question of how a leader sustains themselves across all the dimensions that matter.
6–8 sessions · 60 min · 4–6 months
Includes 2 structured systemic reflection sessions (90 min) exploring the intersection of professional and personal patterns.
Leaders who prefer to begin privately — rather than through an organisational referral — can book an individual introductory session directly. A 60-minute session is available at SGD 100.
Each engagement is scoped to the specific challenge — whether that is individual leadership development, recurring pattern work, team alignment, or executive coaching at the highest level of organisational complexity. Engagements are available in person in Singapore or online for leaders working across the region.

The coaching draws on the Leadership Circle Profile and systemic intelligence mapping to surface the patterns shaping leadership under pressure. The work moves faster than most coaching because it addresses what is actually in the way, not only what is visible.
