The Strategic Solution Center (SSCLeadership.com) was established in 2000 with the mission of becoming an anchor in the facilitation and development of Asia-Pacific leaders on their path to organizational high performance and sustainable growth.  

SSC has been supporting leaders and organizations on their transformational journeys for the past twenty years. Our executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational transformation programs have benefited clients in improving organizational performance and health.

The essence of leadership growth is fostering the development of the whole person as a leader for oneself and others. This involves assisting them in identifying and embodying their fundamental values as their guiding principles.

Leadership development is an ongoing process of discovering and cultivating one's interior capabilities in order to make a more positive contribution to the world around us. Former Chairman and CEO of Medtronic, Bill George, has the following opinion: "As leaders, the more we can unleash our entire capabilities -- mind, body, and spirit -- the more value we can create within and beyond our organizations."

To demonstrate genuinely great leadership, we must embrace personal and social responsibilities. We must be equally vigilant regarding the "I" and "We" of effective leadership. Therefore, our programs are meticulously designed to have more enduring effects on the internal enrichment of the individual, so that their organization can undergo an entire transformation.

Having worked with leaders in various organizations since 2002, Leksana discovered his true calling in coaching leaders and their teams. Through his experiences, he has come to firmly believe that leaders hold the key to creating a better world. They have the power to shape a future where equality and opportunity prevail, diversity and inclusivity are celebrated, and humanity is at the forefront, embracing values of kindness and caring.

 

His passion lies in inviting leaders to cultivate compassion within themselves. This journey begins with understanding their inner voice and connecting with their core purpose. By creating a safe space where every voice within an ecosystem is heard, we foster a culture of openness and collaboration, leading to breakthrough possibilities in leadership conversations.

He is deeply committed to guiding leaders to harness greatness in everyone they lead. He believes that by recognizing and nurturing the unique strengths and potential of each individual, we can build empowered and thriving teams that drive positive change.
